Stop Cutting off Rasta’s Hair – Pallaso to Minister Balaam After Being Appointed by Muhoozi

You’re Just Looking for Fame & Sympathy Over My Case – Alien Skin Dustbins Pallaso

Singer Pallaso has requested Youths State Minister Hon Balaam Barugahara to ensure that the dreadlocks of Rastafarians are not cut off anymore.

This follows Balaam’s appointment as the chairman of the International Rastafari Conference in Uganda by Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Pallaso said that they were tired of this act when they were arrested. He called for the respect and dignity of the Rastafarian culture.

“Big congrats, Hon Min
@BalaamAteenyiDr
, on being appointed Chairman of the International Rastafalia Conference by your friend
@mkainerugaba
! 🙌 Naye TUKOOYE Okusalako ABA RASTA Enviiri. Nga Batuuse Luzira. Let’s support the dignity and faith of the Rastafarian community! ✊🏽💚 #FreedomOfWorship.”

Balaam replied and said that “On a second note brother
@pallasomusic
encourage Rastas to stay away from crimes. Let them emulate your hard work and humbleness, No one has ever touched you since you are a good hard working man.

It should be noted that it is prison protocol for everyone incarcerated to cut off their hair. The prison authorities do this.

A couple of musicians have seen their dreadlocks groomed for several years cut off when they entered prison, the most notable being Alien Skin. However, according to Pallaso, this is wrong because it’s messing with an artist’s brand.
