Famous gospel musician Judith Babirye has come out to apologize to a one Lukia Ntale whose marriage she wrecked in 2018 after she got married to her husband.
At the height of her musical powers, Babirye got into Parliament where she met another MP at the time Paul Musoke Ssebulime. The two quickly started a fling that resulted in a wedding.
This is after Babirye had filed for divorce from her ex-husband and baby daddy, Niiwo. Despite knowing that Ssebulime was married to Lukiya, the Mama singer went ahead with this illicit relationship.
She faced a lot of backlash but she clearly stated how she didn’t care an ounce. Unfortunately for her and fortunately for Lukiya the marriage failed and in 2022 it was no more.
She didn’t run for Parliament again and fled the country to Canada where she currently resides. It seems she’s had time to reflect on some of the wrong things she did and has now tendered an apology to Lukia.

The once heralded singer said that she acknowledges what she did was wrong and should never have. However, she hopes that one day Lukiya finds it in her heart to forgive her for the pain she caused her.
