Famous traditional healer Sylvia Namutebi popularly known as Mama Fina has set strict rules for her burial if she ever dies.
Mama Fina said she told her daughter, Fina how her burial program should be.
Mama Fina said this following the chaos witnessed at the late Hon Muhammad Ssegirinya’s Burial. Politicians and family ended up clashing on how the burial would proceed and scenes from the venue were nothing short of ugly.
According to Mama Fina, she doesn’t want politicians carrying out their gimmicks at her funeral. Even those family members who show up pretending to be so hurt should not dare try those antics.
Additionally, she said that her corpse should not be taken anywhere for ritualistic ceremonies. She wants things to be done as she will have delegated to her daughter and nothing more.

It should be noted that NUP has been heavily criticized for how it handled Ssegirinya’s burial. This is because foot soldiers assaulted the late MP’s family. Despite Ssegirinya’s mother pleading for the party to let her son be accorded a parliamentary burial, this wasn’t possible.
However, the party also argued that it was not aware of the alternative burial programs headed by Nyendo-Mukungwe MP Hon Mathias Mpuuga.
