A Pass Reveals Why Bebe Cool is Investing Heavily in His Music

Singer A Pass has opened up about why fellow artist Bebe Cool is heavily investing in his yet to be released Break The Chain Album. Bebe Cool has so far dropped one song dubbed Circumference off this album.

He’s currently in the UK shooting the video which is expected to be a blockbuster. Speaking about the impact of streaming revenue in the country, A Pass said that musicians such as Bebe Cool are way past this stage.

A Pass said he knows Bebe Cool very well and he is a wealthy man who doesn’t need streaming revenue that much. According to A Pass such money is wanted by singers such as Joshua Baraka. He said that Baraka has also been helped by the fact that he’s signed to a Nigerian label.

This has hugely impacted his career and helped to draw in revenue from streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube among others.

For Bebe Cool, the Dididada singer said that he cares much more about his legacy than the money now. He’s probably looking for new challenges to keep reinventing himself.

Bebe Cool himself recently revealed that he’s no longer enthusiastic about his music career as it has grown boring for him.

In regards to his upcoming album, he said that he decided to call it Break The Chain because he ventured into a new sound that’s not common in East Africa.
