Fallen comedian, Nicholas Mpairwe popularly known as Messe Bontwe was laid to rest yesterday at his ancestral home of Rwampara in Mbarara.
It should be recalled that Messe succumbed to a heart attack in December last year.
His body was repatriated last week and he was finally sent off by friends, family as well as the general public yesterday amidst tears from the Mourners.
Worship House Church lead pastor, Wilson Bugembe pledged to extend some support to the late comedian’s children in case they reach out to him for assistance.
Bugembe stated that he will extend support when situations are tough to the guardians who are now the caretakers of the deceased’s children.
Earlier on, Pastor Peter Ssematimba, a former employer of Messe also pledged to support Messe’s kids with education and other needs.
