Media personality Evelyn Namasika alias Evelyn MiC has finally revealed why she was fired from Galaxy FM.
She had been with the Kansanga-based station since last year as Prim Asiimwe’s replacement.
However, word got out last week that Galaxy had terminated her working contract on the Evening Rush. She’s already been replaced with a one Sovaria Hughes a popular video vixen.
In an interview with a local blogger, Evelyn said it was a surprise to her too that she got fired. According to her, she received a rare phone call from one of her bosses at the station. They informed her that she wouldn’t continue with them and a decision had already been finalized.
The reason as to why she was showed the exit door is for lack of chemistry with the rest of the crew. The failure to properly sync with the presenters meant she was the one to leave.
She says that she didn’t ask much and since it was a weekend, she didn’t bother going to the station the following week. She now remains a worker at Spark TV and is also an events MC.
